Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with inquiries, while earning base hourly pay plus commissions based on productivity.

Commission plans offer potential to earn more with increased transactions. Earned Wage Access, 401(k) eligibility after six months, and employee discounts are among the benefits. Ability to work weekends and across locations is important.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, part-time sales role in pawn store setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and offer financial solutions.
• Process sales, loans and other transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Operate POS systems and assist customers effectively.
• Provide a positive, memorable customer experience and support team.
