Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help with general inquiries, while maintaining the sales floor and displays.

Earn from $10.00 to $14.00 per hour plus commission on productivity; top performers can earn extra on top of base pay. Flexible shifts,401k and employee discounts available, with comprehensive perks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
