Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and delivering a high level of service on both lending and retail sides of the business.

Pay ranges from $12.95 to $15.95 per hour with potential commission up to 8% based on performance. Earned Wage Access and 401(k) options are available, along with employee discounts and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions and sales.
• Process sales, loans, and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
