Job summary

Cash America Pawn seeks entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and assist with lending and retail transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers $10.00 to $14.00 per hour plus an earned commission on every transaction, with potential up to 8% and an average of about $1 extra per hour. The program includes wage access and 401k options after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages customers to provide and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandised.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per company standards.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure positive service.
• Completes assigned training and participates in a team-oriented environment.
