Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role offers a base hourly wage of $14.00 to $17.00 per hour plus an achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction you process.

Earned wage access is available, with potential to earn up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging additional pay per hour. The position includes benefits like employee discounts, 401k eligibility after six months, and access to FirstCash perks.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop a rapport to better provide and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Effectively communicates to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes the assigned training.
• Other related duties, as assigned.
