Job summary

George Street Playhouse is seeking a part-time Patron Services Associate to ensure a positive patron experience from ticket purchase through post-show interactions. This role involves working with the Patron Services team and venue partners to deliver top-notch service.

Responsibilities include on-site support during performances, ticketing in Tessitura, and maintaining patron records, with a flexible schedule that can include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Ability to resolve patron issues quickly in a busy setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Tessitura or similar ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds in Tessitura.
• Provide on-site support during performances and handle will-call.
• Maintain and update patron records in Tessitura.
• Collaborate with GSP and venue partners for smooth operations.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the Patron Services team.
