Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients and guests upon arrival.
• Confirms identity and provides visit-related information.
• Completes check-in and check-out procedures.
• Updates patient demographics and insurance information.
• Registers patients as needed.
• Collects co-payments and other payments; posts payments.
• Performs end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Keeps the waiting area clean and comfortable.
• Notifies patients of delays or changes in appointment status.
• May float to other ICCs/departments as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
