Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
• Previous physical therapy or healthcare work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Check patients in and out of their appointments
• Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Assist patients with registration, intake, and insurance forms
• Verify and maintain accurate patient information
• Enter and update patient information in our EMR system
• Collect copayments and other patient payments
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and general questions
• Work closely with physical therapists and other clinic staff to support a smooth patient experience
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk environment
