PTSMC Groton is looking for a Part-Time Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) to join our team.

About the Role

The Patient Services Coordinator is a key, customer service focused role providing exceptional patient experiences while keeping our front desk running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for a variety of medical reception, patient scheduling, customer service, and administrative duties, including:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Check patients in and out of their appointments
• Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Assist patients with registration, intake, and insurance forms
