Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy in Boston is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to provide exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with registrations and data entry.

The role includes discussing insurance details, collecting copays and balances, and handling routine administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or administrative role, healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities
