Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience with at least one year in a front desk or patient-facing role
• Strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and basic record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out to ensure a smooth experience
• Document patient information, update records, and collect payments
• Answer and triage inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Maintain organized front desk and patient files with confidentiality
• Coordinate scheduling and prepare charts for appointments
• Handle confidential administrative tasks and records releases
• Support cross-team projects and other duties as assigned
