Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Patient Representative for the Hopewell Junction, NY area. This PRN, 24 hours per week position involves greeting patients, scheduling, answering calls, and assisting with insurance verifications and payments.

Work closely with clinicians to support excellent patient experiences and clinic performance while benefiting from a collaborative team and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients to ensure a smooth visit.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorization.
• Collect payments and process new patient information.
• Support clinic operations to maintain optimal performance.
