Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a part-time Guest Relations Representative to warmly welcome patients and visitors. The role supports front-desk operations, guides guests to the correct department, and assists with general clerical tasks while maintaining a professional, helpful atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite at our Baton Rouge location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Strong communication and clerical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and clients in the main lobby and determine their needs.
• Direct them to the appropriate person or treatment area.
• Provide general office support and perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Maintain a courteous, helpful demeanor with guests and staff.
