Qualifications

  • One year of experience in a customer service-oriented role is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is required.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with an upbeat attitude and directs inquiries, checking in patients.
  • Delivers high-quality patient service by scheduling efficiently and optimizing provider time.
  • Manages scheduling operations with a focus on growth and utilization of treatment rooms.
  • Maintains on-time patient flow by notifying clinicians of arrivals and any delays.
  • Performs accurate data entry into the EMR system and updates patient information and plans of care.
