Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in New York is seeking a Clinic Support Associate for ongoing, full-time work. You will help manage front desk operations and assist clinicians to ensure a welcoming patient experience.

The role involves appointment scheduling, EMR data entry, and handling communications with physicians and patients. Monday-Thursday 11:30am-8pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm, with a strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred, EMR familiarity a plus.
• 1 year in a customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and direct inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider time.
• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in.
• Assist clinicians with patient care and room preparation.
• Update EMR with patient information and plans of care.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Keep the clinic organized and clean treatment areas.
• Respond to calls from physicians, hospitals, and patients.
