Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required).
• Previous healthcare experience (Required).
• Two of the following preferred: two years healthcare experience; completion of a healthcare certificate program; associate's degree or higher; transferable skills such as call center or customer service (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop care plans and coordinate patient care services.
• Consult with healthcare providers, evaluate patient progress, and assist with securing funding for care.
• Coordinate activities for practices including insurance verification, pre-certification, scheduling, pre-registration and order transmission.
