DOCS Dermatology Group in Michigan is seeking a Part Time Patient Care Advisor for the RENEW Program. You will support patients and the medical team, handle inquiries, and assist with appointment bookings across Tue–Thu 8:00–17:00, contributing to efficient clinic operations.

You will credential the practice and providers, make appropriate treatment/product recommendations, and maintain patient records with strict HIPAA compliance, collaborating with the team to maximize patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of aesthetics terminology and concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to all inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat in a timely manner.
• Schedule and modify appointments with strategic booking and waitlists.
• Proactively adjust schedules to maximize provider utilization and patient satisfaction.
• Practice proper phone etiquette and HIPAA privacy adherence.
• Record patient information and support marketing initiatives as directed.
