Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group in Shelby Township is seeking a RENEW RN to guide patients through a 12‑month wellness journey, collaborating with physicians and the patient coordinator team to optimize intake, assessments, and care plans.

The ideal candidate will hold a Michigan RN license with BLS, have phlebotomy skills, and be comfortable with EMR documentation. Experience in aesthetics or hormone therapy is preferred in this concierge, cash‑pay setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and specimen handling.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and EMR familiarity.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, dermatology, wellness, functional medicine, or hormone replacement therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead patient intake, health history reviews, and documentation in the EMR.
• Perform vital signs, body composition analysis, VISIA imaging, and phlebotomy.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with regenerative aesthetic products under physician direction.
• Support physicians during procedures and manage post‑procedure patient care.
• Coordinate care across the patient journey and educate patients on protocols.
