You will navigate Epic scheduling, verify demographics, and promote excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and PC use experience.
• Preferred: Experience in a medical setting and patient service.
• Six months or more in Patient Call Coordinator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Book patient appointments for specialty care providers using Epic.
• Support multiple specialties and follow provider restrictions.
• Verify demographics and communicate account balance to patient.
• Adhere to scheduling protocols across locations and staff.
• Screen calls and direct to appropriate departments as needed.
