Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to support front desk operations, schedule appointments, and assist with patient registrations. You will coordinate with providers, prepare insurance information, and help maintain accurate patient records in the Epic system.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding terminology (ICD/CPT).
• Experience in a healthcare office environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and collect insurance/demographic information.
• Answer phones, book appointments, greet patients, check-in/check-out, and perform end-of-day processing.
