Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with web-based applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and explain registration process; respond to questions.
• Process co-payments and balances; safeguard cash and reconcile drawer.
• Complete Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire and adjust coverage.
• Obtain signatures on consent and financial forms; file scanned documents.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments across sources.
• Verify insurance using real-time eligibility and assign guarantor.
