Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No Experience required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for hospital visits and schedule within multiple BJC systems.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; collect patient payments.
• Provide patients with preparation instructions for procedures and explain financial responsibilities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate Master Patient Index (MPI) entry.
