Progress West, part of BJC HealthCare, is hiring a Part-Time Patient Access Rep I to greet patients, verify demographics, and support registrations. You’ll work 2x12 hour shifts weekly (7am–7:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays, and you have daily pay options.

As a primary contact, you’ll deliver friendly service, maintain accurate records, ensure HIPAA and insurance compliance, and help patients understand financial responsibilities while supporting smooth intake across BJC facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include patient registration and scheduling within multiple BJC systems.
• Assures proper patient identification, verifies insurance, and collects applicable payments.
• Complies with HIPAA privacy standards and other regulatory requirements.
