You will collaborate with clinical teams to improve access to care, maintain confidentiality, and support a respectful, efficient patient experience. Evening and weekend hours may be required at various locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Programs and Electronic Medical Record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person or by phone.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and apply payments to patient accounts.
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize clinic flow and use resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to improve patient access to care.
• Screen calls for emergencies using standardized protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
