Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service in an office or professional setting.
• Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work 1 holiday per year.
• Biweekly schedule includes specific shifts as listed in the posting.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients with excellent customer service.
• Enters and updates patient demographics and financial information.
• Obtains and files applications and forms with signatures.
• Loads and balances cash and collects patient liabilities.
• Coordinates with Financial Counseling, Scheduling and other departments.
