Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Patient Access professional at the ICC Ionia site in Michigan. You will greet patients, manage registrations, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance information, and maintain electronic health records with EPIC.

The role supports navigation and patient experience across inbound calls, chat, and email channels. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and prefer 1 year in insurance billing, access management, or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/visitors as concierge.
• Answer practice phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Register/check-in patients and confirm demographics/insurance; assist with self-registration.
• Maintain patient records and scan documents into the EMR/EHR.
• Support safety initiatives and complete required competencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
