Think Healthcare seeks a Patient Access Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will welcome patients, manage check-in, assist with pre-registration, and guide patients to appointments using Think’s systems.

Responsibilities include scanning insurance cards, collecting copays, updating demographics, and coordinating future appointments to ensure a smooth patient experience. A high school diploma and one year of customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of patient privacy requirements (HIPAA).

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage patients with excellent customer service.
• Scan insurance cards and collect copays and balances.
• Assist with pre-registration and intake processes.
• Check-in patients accurately and direct to appointments.
• Verify/update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Obtain signatures and schedule future appointments.
• Address patient questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Think teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
