Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, located in St. George, UT, is seeking a part-time Pantry Cook to join Troon's culinary team.

You will help deliver fresh, high-quality cold dishes across multiple dining outlets and assist with prep, plating, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED, 1–3 months pantry prep experience, and a solid understanding of food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent kitchen experience.
• 1–3 months of pantry or kitchen prep experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and storage procedures.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of cold dishes (salads, appetizers, sandwich fillings, pantry items) per plans.
• Work efficiently with whole foods, minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in prep and storage areas.
• Communicate with the Chef about equipment issues, shortages or overages.
• Receive, store, wrap, date, and rotate food per safety standards.
• Requisition supplies and manage daily pantry inventory.
• Follow all safe food handling and work practices.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
