Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to work in a UPS center environment and handle rotating schedules.
• Experience in operations or logistics supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and plan the center's daily package dispatch.
• Coordinate operations to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer service support (answering messages, concerns, call tags, follow ups).
