Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Associate degree preferred with 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in, and direct to appointment locations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and support scheduling, reducing call wait times where possible.
• Search and select patient records accurately to maintain EMPI integrity.
• Schedule services and enter demographic/financial information for accurate billing.
• Verify insurance eligibility and gather required payor information to facilitate payment.
