Qualifications

• Fluency in English required for written and verbal communication.
• One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to use various software.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident interactions with high hospitality and address requests.
• Process packages, messages, mail, and assist with deliveries and retrievals.
• Manage building access for vendors and visitors, ensuring security.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and arrange tickets and reservations.
• Update homeowner profiles and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
