Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a full-time Spa Concierge to greet guests, coordinate spa appointments and deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting.

You will maintain spa cleanliness and standards across locker rooms, pool and workout areas, assist guests with retail purchases, and respond professionally to inquiries with a warm, can-do attitude.

The role requires mobility up to 50 lbs, a positive attitude, and English proficiency; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spa Coordinator operations and strong communication.
• Physical mobility to lift up to 50 lbs.
• English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Visa/work eligibility for the United States must be present.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guest arrivals and departures in the spa.
• Schedule spa appointments and greet guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and spa standards in locker rooms, workout and pool areas.
• Assist guests with retail sales and stock inventory.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
