Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a Room Attendant to join our luxury team. Coordinate and schedule daily room assignments for Room Attendants and House Attendants, and manage guest requests with emphasis on timely, high-quality service.

You will work closely with Front Office and Engineering to maintain impeccable spaces, monitor supplies, and support opening/closing procedures to uphold Four Seasons standards for guest experiences.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and hotel software systems.
• English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily room assignments for Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Manage guest requests and follow up to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary Housekeeping point of contact during your shift, collaborating closely with Front Office and Engineering teams.
• Create and prioritize daily assignments while supporting the department's opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available on guest floors and in public areas.
• Support operational excellence by maintaining Four Seasons service standards and fostering positive team collaboration.
