Job summary

The Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis, operated by Crestline Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk duties, post and balance transactions, and support housekeeping as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong guest service, and the ability to handle night audit tasks efficiently.

The position covers the 11pm–7am shift, performing nightly accounting, operating the PMS, and ensuring accuracy of room statistics and financial records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a similar hotel role.
• Ability to work overnight from 11pm to 7am.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and answer calls.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Audit cash receipts and balance accounts; secure bank.
