Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and nightly accounting. You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to calls, and balance financial records using the Property Management System.

The role requires attentiveness, strong guest focus, and the ability to work the late shift. Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, ensuring service standards, and supporting housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, and uphold guest service standards.
• Perform nightly accounting and balance financial records.
• Audit daily reports and verify accuracy of postings in the PMS.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
