Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn | CR Hotel #1 LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for the 3rd shift (Thu–Sat 10p–8a) with 30-40 hours per week. The role combines end-of-day reporting with Guest Service Representative tasks on the overnight shift to ensure a smooth transition to the new business day.

Responsibilities include nightly reconciliation, check-in/out processing, reservations handling, and delivering accurate daily reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; must be computer proficient.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with front desk operations and cash-handling procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and balance daily transactions.
• Process overnight guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly and correctly.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports for management.
