Hilton Garden Inn Duluth is seeking a Night Auditor to perform nightly audit tasks while delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk during the overnight shift. You will assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries, maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, room assignments, express checkout folios, log checks, and coordinating with management and other staff to ensure smooth operations and guest

• Ensure smooth shift handoffs with other staff.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments for high service quality.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and directions; explain features.
• Complete required shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
