• Must understand all aspects of the front desk and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and expense transactions for the day.
• Reconcile the guest ledger daily and prepare reports.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Set up breakfast in the morning and handle necessary tasks.
• Work autonomously during overnight shift 11 PM–7 AM and on weekends/holidays.
