Job summary

Hampton by Hilton is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Agent for the 11pm–7am shift. The role represents the hotel to guests during all stages of their stay, delivering warm, knowledgeable service and helping guests have a great experience.

You will check in/out guests, manage room assignments, and assist with reservations while coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel departments. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of front desk/guest service experience preferred.
• Additional language skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to write, stand, sit, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests efficiently.
• Register guests and assign rooms; accommodate special requests.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping.
• Handle cash/credit with proper policies.
• Promote hotel services using suggestive selling.
• Maintain front desk area neat and clean.
• Attend department meetings and report unusual occurrences.
