• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use company tools to sell, market, demonstrate products, and grow business.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographic territory.
• Maintain a defined customer base and strong relationships.
• Resolve customer issues using root-cause analysis and timely follow-up.
• Provide accurate quotes/proposals and follow through the purchasing cycle.
• Report market data, pricing, and product trends to management.
