Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or a related healthcare field.
• Licensure as PT/OT/SLP and/or PTA/COTA, or license eligible.
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of clinical therapy staff, including hiring and performance appraisals.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure high-quality therapy services in compliance with standards.
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead marketing with local hospitals and community.
