HealthPro Heritage in Westlake, OH is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a part-time role (2 days per week, about 15 hours). The setting is a senior living community where therapists collaborate with a supportive team to deliver patient-centered care.

You will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and advocate for access to community resources while contributing to clinical development and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on improving daily activities and using adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and help them access community resources and accommodations.
