HealthPRO Heritage has a part-time Program Manager - Physical Therapist opportunity at our assisted living community in Thronwood, NY. The role involves leading aclinical therapy team, overseeing programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Medicare and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold current PT/OT/SLP license or eligible
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical rehab experience
• Supervisory/management experience preferred in rehab therapy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid regulations

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise clinical therapy staff including hiring and performance reviews
• Maintain clinical caseload and ensure compliance with standards (CARF, JCAHO)
• Develop and implement therapy programs and initiatives for growth
• Oversee scheduling and coverage for patients and therapists
• Investigate issues and provide education and training to staff
• Ensure safe practice and infection control compliance
