Illinois Bone and Joint Institute (IBJI) in Chicagoland is seeking a Part Time Rehabilitation Technician for our Mount Prospect Therapy Services location to assist patients recovering from sports-based injuries. The role supports staff with a team-oriented approach, delivering exceptional customer service and caring for patients to improve quality of life.

Qualificações

• Availity to work Park-Time, minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
• High School Degree minimum required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to therapy patients and staff.
• Front desk support, including checking in patients, scheduling appointments, taking co-pays, scanning, answering the phone.
• Daily clinic maintenance and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist clinicians with patient exercise programs and setup on equipment and modalities.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
