You will ensure accurate diagnoses and recommendations, coach staff on clinical protocols, and strive to exceed targets across service, exams, and store performance in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; well-organized and time-efficient.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead NECE and provide exceptional patient care.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed.
