Pearle Vision is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and lead clinical execution of NECE in our Lexington location. You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain a safe, engaging workplace and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, recommending products, and supporting training in clinical protocols, while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care following NECE protocols.
• Greet patients and assist with phone inquiries as needed.
• Diagnose and recommend appropriate eye care products and services.
• Maintain positive doctor/patient relationships and high standards of care.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and conduct chart audits as appropriate.
• Ensure accurate prescriptions and successful patient transitions to sales staff.
