Job summary

Pearle Vision in Chicago, IL seeks an Associate Optometrist for a part-time role to deliver NECE and lead clinical care with the Store Manager and leadership team.

You will diagnose and manage patient care per protocols, coach staff on clinical procedures, and help ensure a seamless eyecare experience from greeting patients to recommendations and follow-up. Experience with current optometric technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with current licensure or eligibility in Illinois.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with patients and staff clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conveys a 100% commitment to patient service by executing NECE.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed.
• Conduct services per Clinical Protocols and standards of care.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and workflows.
