Job summary

Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Indiana to deliver and lead the execution of NECE across patient care. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment and drive continued growth for the organization.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry, knowledge of current optometric technology, and strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with licensure.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead execution of NECE in patient care.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed.
• Follow clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Coach associate doctors on clinical protocols.
• Lead effective communication with store staff to ensure seamless eyecare.
