Pearle Vision in Dalton, GA is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist dedicated to delivering high-quality eye care under NECE. You will partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating environment that supports growth and adherence to clinical protocols.

The role focuses on delivering accurate diagnoses, patient education, and collaboration with staff to ensure seamless eyecare experiences while contributing to store success and patient outcomes.

• Doctor of Optometry with knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

• Conveys a 100% commitment to providing excellent Patient/Customer Service through delivering and leading the execution of NECE.
• Coaches Associate Doctors on clinical protocols (Audits charts as appropriate).
• Communicates effectively with all store associates to ensure a seamless eyecare experience and beneficial patient outcome by guiding patients to appropriate products and services.
• Leads training in Front desk procedures, Pre-testing, Contact Lens Training, and Clinical Protocols.
• Delivers feedback and supports staffing decisions with the Store Manager.
