Job summary

Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Optometrist (part-time) to deliver patient-centered eye care and lead the execution of NECE. You will partner with the Store Manager and leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment that encourages commitment, innovation and growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and current licensure
• Strong knowledge of optometric technology and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Delivers NECE value by patient care and leadership in eyecare services.
• Assists with greeting patients and answering phones as needed.
• Ensures diagnoses and recommendations meet clinical protocols and standards.
• Builds positive doctor/patient relationships and coaches staff on protocols.
• Communicates effectively with store team to ensure a seamless eyecare experience.
• Supports staffing and training to achieve high performance and patient satisfaction.
